It pisses me off when people do this. I don't care what someone else did to you, it doesn't justify you destroying their propery whenever you want. Just ditch them and move on with your life....all revenge does is start wars that don't need to happen (literally).

If she was covered on the policy, they would deny it.
But GOOD LORD, was she was thorough. I feel for the car (not the guy, that was shitty), she WENT for it. I can't help but be impressed with the lengths she went to:
Not only are the dials gone, the LCD SCREENS in the instrument binnacle have been ripped out.
The trim between the seat and the console is scratched
The taillights aren't just broken, the entire LED assembly on the inside was ripped out
She broke the mesh trim inside the pop-up spoiler (I'm surprised the spoiler is still attached)
The "V8 FSI" plastic INSIDE the engine bay has been broken
The Audi rings were just removed, she separated them and spread them to different areas of the car
Speakers were ripped out of the doors, which are surprisingly not off the hinges.
That is SCARY dedication. With that attention to detail, I'm surprised he didn't "disappear" without a trace.

" Honey... as part of the divorce settlement... I'll buy you out on the house and you get to keep the car ."
Anyway... if this divorce makes it in front of a judge and the judge sees this and other similar behaviour, it won't work in her favour. Technically she also screwed herself because half of that car's value belongs to her. Hell... if the car is insured in his name and he puts in a claim, I wonder the insurance company's lawyers would say about it.
And I also wonder what a divorce lawyer would say in court in front of a judge about her destroying their *joint* property.

I guess she just wanted to do justice to a car with such high attention to detail.
